At Ko Lipe Diving, you will be diving from our 25m / 82 ft dive boat, MV Chalaam Waan. She is a fully rebuilt traditional Thai fishing boat, designed with divers’ needs and wants in mind. MV Chalaam Waan (“whale shark” in Thai) is fully equipped to take you to our dive sites comfortably and safely. Enjoy the view of the islands from our covered upper deck as we cruise around the archipelago. We have spacious bench seating as well as padded mats to lounge on. Sun worshippers can head up to the sundeck of course. A multimedia room means you can watch videos for your diving course onboard. Photographers, you can look through your photos immediately after your dive and share with your fellow divers. Our spacious dive deck has been designed with your convenience and safety in mind. Onboard we have two western-style toilets, freshwater showers and rinse tanks for cameras. |

KLD Dive Equipment

We offer a selection of quality rental equipment from AQUALUNG, SCUBAPRO, CRESSI and MARES. We take pride in ensuring that our equipment is regularly serviced and fully functional. We have 3mm shorty wetsuits in addition to a selection of 3-5mm long wetsuits for those who tend to get chilly. We have both aluminium and steel tanks in a range of sizes - smaller sizes suitable for children, the standard 80 ft³ / 12l most commonly used as well as several 100 ft³ / 15l tanks available upon request. All our of TEC diving equipment is brand new: SCUBAPRO Tek harnesses with double bladder wings and SCUBAPRO MK25 regulators. |

At Ko Lipe Diving, we have 2 spacious air-conditioned classrooms where you can learn, study and relax in comfort. Our secondary classroom is a more relaxed space containing sofas and a flat-screen TV. We want to make your learning experience easy and enjoyable! |
